Elsa EDC's flagship small business incentive program, run in partnership with LiftFund. Provides eligible Elsa businesses with loans up to $50,000 at a 0% interest rate — removing financial barriers to growth.
WHAT THEY DO
- Loans up to $50,000 per qualifying small business
- 0% interest rate (interest buy-down funded by Elsa EDC)
- Application processed through LiftFund using their standard credit criteria
- Open to both startups (6+ months operational) and established businesses
- Up to 5% commitment fee may apply, but no interest paid for the duration of the loan
WHO IT'S FOR
Small businesses operating within Elsa city limits and in good standing with creditors.

An Elsa small business needing $5K–$50K of growth capital who qualifies for a LiftFund loan — the 0% rate makes this the most affordable capital available to local entrepreneurs.
